Our primary goal is to acquire businesses in the Rural Rockies. After a successful transition period, we begin implementing systems and strategies to improve operating efficiencies as well as grow the company. Our focus is a minimum of a decade hold, where we continue to refine and grow the business as well as develop its employees.

We welcome conversations with entrepreneurs early in their adventure. Depending on the details, we may make smaller investments. And/or we can make introductions to established funds or strategic players to aid in the entrepreneur’s journey.

We consider minority or 50/50 partnerships in some instances. This is an opportunity for an owner to take some chips off the table as well as get access to strategic support.
